Umpires are encouraged to take the 2010 NCAA Baseball Preseason Test. This year's test features 50 randomly selected questions from an overall bank of 105 covering the rules, points of emphasis and mechanics. The test can be taken in multiple sittings, with answers automatically saved between sessions. In order to be eligible for an NCAA postseason assignment, an umpire must score 80% or better. Each umpire is permitted to take the test twice; the highest score will be recorded.

Please click here to access the Testing dashboard; or you can access it another time by clicking the TESTING tab above. This year's test will be available from January 31, 2010 through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on February 14, 2010. You will be able to access your completed tests beginning February 22 to review the questions and your answers, with rule references provided.
