Collegiate baseball umpires from all levels are invited to register with NCAA Baseball. Registration begins January 8, 2010. Registered officials receive access to all NCAA content including the annual NCAA rules test, the finest online video delivery system in sports, video bulletins from National Coordinator Gene McArtor, rule interpretations and up-to-date educational material from the NCAA.
