How do I reset my password?
  • To reset your password; start off by going to www.ArbiterPay.com.• Click the link below the login screen that says Forgot Your Username/Password?.
  • Enter the information that is asked.-If you are unable to remember your username or security question, please email info@arbitersports.com to have this information sent to you.• Once you have followed these steps and entered the information asked, you will receive an email from ArbiterSports with a link to reset your password.
    • This email can sometimes take a few minutes to show in your inbox.
  • After your password has been reset, return to www.ArbiterPay.com and enter the new credentials you just finished setting up.
How do I add or change my bank information?
  • Start off by logging in to your ArbiterPay account at www.ArbiterPay.com.
  • Click on the tab on the left-hand side labeled “My Profile”.
  • From here you will see a row of grey tabs. Click on the one labeled “Bank Accounts”.
  • If you are needing to change bank information that already exists, you will then hit the button labeled “Modify”.
    • From here, update any information you need to and then enter your 4-digit security key.
    • If you are unable to remember your security key, please email info@arbitersports.com to have this information sent to you.
    • Hit the “Save” button once you have completed all changes.
  • If you are needing to add bank information, you will hit the button labeled “Add”.
    • Enter all of the information that is required.
    • This includes everything that has an asterisk next to it.
    • Once all of your information has been entered, hit the “Save” button to finish adding your bank information.

How do I transfer funds to my bank account?
  • Start off by logging in to your ArbiterPay account at www.ArbiterPay.com.
  • Click on the tab on the left-hand side labeled “Transfers”.
  • On the following screen, you will select the option that says, “Send Funds to Bank Account (EFT)”.
  • If you have your bank information already saved in your profile it should prepopulate in the section labeled “Credit to Bank Account”.
  • You will then enter the amount of money you would like to transfer to your bank.
  • After you have entered that amount, select “No” in the preferences box below.
  • Hit the “Continue” button at the button of the page, which will take you to a screen where you will confirm your transfer.
  • Once you have confirmed your transfer and hit “Submit”, your transaction is successful.
    • You will see these funds available in your bank account in 2-3 business days***
How do I see who has paid me?
  • Start off by logging in to your ArbiterPay account at www.ArbiterPay.com.
  • Click on the tab on the left-hand side labeled “Reports”.
  • On the following screen, you will select the option that says, “All Accounts-Executed Transactions”.
  • You can now enter the date range of transactions that you would like to see in your report and then hit “Generate”.
  • This will show you a list of every transaction that has occurred in your ArbiterPay account.
  • If you want, you can export this report into an Excel file for your use.
